In the West, there were many such who with greed looked to the Eastern Empire. But only Constantinople was again attacked by twenty years. And this time, the city could not resist. Of all the families that led the Byzantine Empire, the Angels were the worst. Their rule was fortunately short-lived: three emperor angel - II of Isaac, Alexius III and Alexei IV - collectively ruled only nineteen years old. But the board of each of them was terrible, and together they are responsible for the greatest of catastrophes, which was destined to go through Constantinople until its final fall.
