The difference between orders to and advice. The order is available where a person says do it or not do it, arguing this is just what is his will. Hence it is clear that anyone who orders it pursues its benefits. For the basis of his orders is only his will, and the true object of human will is a benefit for himself. The Council has, where people say or do not do it, justifying their words benefits arising from their execution order, to whom he says it. It is obvious that the one who gives advice, claims (whatever his intention), it gives him the desire of good to whom he gives it.
