Dismantling. Digestive enzymes (and other more severe chemicals) show that molecular systems can disassemble damaged molecules. Recovery. Replicating cells show that molecular system can build or rebuild any molecule found in a cell. Reassembly. Nature also shows that the separated molecules can be assembled again. For example, phage T4 collected mechanisms themselves from solution which obviously makes a single enzyme. Replicating cells show that molecular system may collect any of the systems found in the cell.
