"Chronicle" reported more than 500 names of convicted on political charges until 1968 and about a 50 placed in a special psychiatric hospital until then. We publish information on political prisoners in diseases of the sentencing of tightness in correspondence and dating of the principles of nutrition, housing conditions and working conditions, as well as protests against the harassment by the camp administration, and open letters to political prisoners free. Thanks to the "Chronicle" Soviet political prisoners have found for the first time the possibility of an appeal to the outside world. Break Silence, which they have long been doomed, turned out to be irreversible. Despite all the efforts to stop the leakage of information from prison, and in spite of the penalties for the transmission of news on the will, self-publishing stream went from prison.
