The law of conservation of energy states that energy of the system, which is isolated and with nothing interacts, can not change. It is retained over time. The deep reason for this fundamental property of nature was opened in 1918 by the German mathematician Emmy Noether. It showed that energy is conserved because the time is homogeneous. All times are equal according to Newtonian physics. It is for this reason, as mathematically demonstrated by E. Noether, at all times the same energy. It was a completely new approach to the laws of physics, based on the properties, as they say, time symmetry. It was also found that other physical quantities - body momentum and angular momentum - are stored with time and due to the symmetry properties, this time - the symmetry of space.
