The difference between the law and the law. I find even the most learned authors, that refer to the same they use words lex civilis and jus civile, t. E. The law and civil law, which, however, should not be done. For the right to have the freedom, namely the freedom that is our civil law. Civil law is the same commitment and robs us of the freedom that gives us a natural law. Nature gives to every man the right to protect themselves on their own and for the prevention of attack to attack the suspicious neighbor. The Civil Law also deprives us of freedom in all cases where the protection of the law provides security. Thus, between lex and jus, there is the same difference as between commitment and freedom.
